What you'll do: Become an integral member of a high performing team that supports the maintenance of accurate up-to-date asset information critical for effective infrastructure management and long-term financial planning. Our Asset Systems & Solutions Division is a small and dedicated team who control the records associated with an impressive portfolio of civil assets worth more than $2.1 billion. With a focus on sustainability and long-term value, the team employs technologies and data analytics to drive impactful decision-making. We work closely with the wider organisation to create a robust framework for infrastructure management that ensures the best outcomes for our community. The role: This role will support the City of Salisbury through: - Improving the quality of asset information within Council's Asset Management Information System (Confirm).
- Supporting the general administration of Confirm.
- Providing customer service, training and support to Confirm users.
- Providing support for Asset Owners in the development of asset management plans and budgets.
Specialist Skills & experience: - Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
- Report writing and computer literacy skills.
- Data interrogation and analysis exposure and/or experience.
