Key Responsibilities: - Team Collaboration: Work with social and urban planners, leading specific priority areas.
- Homelessness & Housing: Develop and implement strategies for homelessness and housing affordability. Collaborate with community organisations and stakeholders.
- City Safety & Wellbeing: Enhance city safety and community wellbeing through strategic planning and programs.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within community planning and social programs.
- Operational & Strategic Roles: Balance strategic policy development with operational program management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with community groups, government bodies, and service providers to build effective partnerships.
Qualifications: - Experience in social planning, focusing on homelessness, housing solutions, city safety, and community wellbeing.
- Proven track record in promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building abilities.
