We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead Council's Turf and Irrigation Services Team, where your experience in all aspects of irrigation and turf maintenance will ensure the efficient delivery and maintenance of Council's extensive irrigation and turf network, contributing to the quality of open spaces for the community.
Specialist Skills, Required Knowledge and Conditions:
- Leadership and contract management skills
- A current SA driver's licence.
- Experience operating centralised irrigation control systems
- Significant experience in sports turf and irrigation maintenance operations.
- Plumbing Worker Irrigation Works Licence (Plumbers Gas Fitters and Electricians Act 1995) (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Irrigated Public Open Space Code of Practice (IPOS) (Desirable)
- MS Office suite.
