Reporting to the Team Leader Parks and Landscape, the Tree Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering quality services through leading multiple work teams and effectively managing service contracts.
A key deliverable of this role is to develop, implement, monitor and report on work programs and associated systems and processes to ensure operations and services are delivered efficiently and effectively to service standards. This includes the effective coordination of physical, financial and human resources.
As the successful candidate, you will have substantial experience in tree maintenance operations with trade qualification a minimum requirement. In addition you will demonstrate the ability to lead and support a strong safety culture ensuring services are delivered in a safe environment. Critical to your success will be your proven effective leadership, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to positively engage with staff and facilitate effective teamwork across multiple teams.
Your experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives together with your problem solving skills, high level communication and numeracy abilities, customer focus, and commitment to high quality outcomes will complement this fantastic opportunity.
We are seeking an individual who demonstrates a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for their work and demonstrates a strong commitment to safe work practices in the leadership and operational management of our tree services teams.
This is a full-time, ongoing position. Salary $82,766 - $ 86,312 per annum + super.
A fully functional medical, inclusive of drug and alcohol testing will be a requirement of the recruitment and selection process.
